OVERVIEW: The topic of resilience sometimes brings up complex feelings, especially when the word gets used in a way that dismisses the emotional toll of caregiving or dismisses the external, systemic factors that impact resilience, regardless of how good we are at coping. The webinar also provides compassion-based strategies that promote our everyday well-being as caregivers.
