Zoom Webinar
Registration Fee: $25
Andrea Romer, RN is a 21 year ICU nurse, Life Coach and founder of ARC Coaching. Andrea is a thought leader on the mindset of wellbeing and emotional labor. She works with 1:1 with all kinds of professionals from bedside nurses and physicians to advanced clinicians, HR teams, and executives, guiding them not only through the hardest moments but also through seasons of growth and abundance.
Andrea's work flips the script on what it means to thrive in high stakes environments. Instead of reacting, she shows professionals how to make meaning, protect peace, and create influence that lasts. The result? Professionals who advance in their careers and build lives they don't need to recover from.
OVERVIEW: When clinicians hear “routine care” and “real consequences,” they already know what that means. They see the outcomes. They carry the responsibility. The stakes are familiar.
What this session adds is a simple but often unspoken layer: routine care also has real consequences for the people doing the work.
The emotional labor of everyday care doesn’t end with the task itself. It affects how clinicians recover after shifts, how much of the work comes home with them, and how much space the job takes up outside of work.
This session makes that layer visible, not to change practice or add clinical skills, as they are already experts, but to give people language and a clearer choice in how those consequences show up.
OBJECTIVES: After attending this Zoom webinar, participants will be able to:
Identify language for the emotional labor built into routine care,
Describe how the work affects them beyond the task,
