Zoom Webinar
Registration Fee: $25
Andrea Romer, RN is a 21 year ICU nurse, Life Coach and founder of ARC Coaching. Andrea is a thought leader on the mindset of wellbeing and emotional labor. She works with 1:1 with all kinds of professionals from bedside nurses and physicians to advanced clinicians, HR teams, and executives, guiding them not only through the hardest moments but also through seasons of growth and abundance.
Andrea's work flips the script on what it means to thrive in high stakes environments. Instead of reacting, she shows professionals how to make meaning, protect peace, and create influence that lasts. The result? Professionals who advance in their careers and build lives they don't need to recover from.
OVERVIEW: In today's world, it can be hard to tell: is this violence, or is this disruption? Leaders in healthcare, HR, and mental health face that question daily and often default to overreacting, shutting down, or avoiding. The cost? Safety feels shaky, trust erodes, and energy drains fast.
This session flips the script. You'll learn how to stay steady when disruption hits so you can keep yourself safe, disarm the moment, and turn it into something meaningful instead of chaotic.
Here's what that means for you:
ROI: Less stress today. Steadiness tomorrow. A career and a life you don't need to recover from. This work is usable in all parts of life.
OBJECTIVES: After attending this Zoom webinar, participants will be able to:
Interpret the difference between disruption and violence and explain what each means for their role, safety, and leadership,
Reflect on and evaluate their own responses to disruption in order to construct meaning that reduces stress and strengthens steadiness,
Formulate leadership approaches that transform disruptive moments into opportunities for trust, safety, and influence.
